Ms. Osunyomi has experience in coaching, training, and providing financial advisory to business owners (Startups en Entrepreneurs) and individuals.

In the last few years, she has worked with clients to choose, invest, and manage financial plans that will offer safe investments and excellent returns.

Prior to her Financial Consultant journey, Ms. Osunyomi worked in the Banking sector for over two decades, her career culminated in the Head of Self-Employed Segment role in the UBA Group. She supervised extensive market research, coordinated marketing and promotional campaigns that improved the Bank's value proposition and achieved an N20bn portfolio.

An expert in sales and product development and whether she is leading bank branches or business units, Ms. Osunyomi continually plays a key role in improving performance and achieving organizational goals.

Prior to the Head of Self-Employed Segment role, Ms. Osunyomi headed the Retail Products Division of UBA Group across Nigeria and 18 other African Countries, where she coordinated market penetration and sales of all retail products across the UBA Group.

Led 18 country Products Sales Managers and launched a group-wide savings deposit promo that resulted in the deposit growth of over US$2M in three (3) months.

Repackaged the UBA’s proprietary money transfer product across countries in Africa generating N2bn (US$5.6M)- exceeding the preset target by 150% in the first year.

Launched an exclusive product for HNI women that contributed N500M to the retail deposit base in the first year.

Grew the retail deposit volume from N363bn to N528bn signifying an increase of 50% over a 4-year period.

Launched and reviewed remittance products that grew UBA Group market share from 8% to 20% over a 2-year period.
